Sheila Reese (CEO) is the leader of a group of dedicated professionals. Each team member brings to CWBN a strength and commitment to excellence that is unsurpassed in the industry. Ms. Reese has contracted with companies such as Goldman Sachs and the Meriden Board of Education and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources. Ms. Reese is also educated in the area of employment law having successfully completed St. Joseph College's Employment and the Law program. She is well-steeped in Affirmative Action laws that eradicate discrimination against protected classes in the workplace. Ms. Reese also has extensive experience in recruitment, training and development, workshop facilitation and project management. In addition, Ms. Reese developed and managed a program for the Meriden Board of Education for four years. After that time, the program was incorporated into the five middle and high schools that it served. Additionally, Ms. Reese conducted training programs; which were highly regarded by the Governor's Prevention Partnership.
